Slight hesitation/Rough Cold Idle (52K)
For the last 2-3 years I've been getting a slight hesitation when taking off and a rough idle when I start the car up cold. The idle is a bit rough when idling. Now I see a little bit of grey smoke coming out when I hit the gas fairly hard.

What car do you have? From your sig you might need to post over in the C5 forum (more)
I had a 2.7 S4 and it was a little rough when cold as well and stuff out the exhaust under hard accereration is pretty normal for a 2.7T.
Toss in some sea foam to your next tank of gas to clean your injectors and see if that doesn't smooth out your hesitation.
