Default so it doesn't look like this has been thoroughly discussed: aftermarket exhaust...

who else is interested?

looks like there are already 2 offerings:
1) milltek, via strat
2) labree, via well... labree

the stock sounds great already, but milltek is already claiming 10hp and torque gains, and i think that is without DPs.

who's gonna do catback? and who is gonna go with full system?

exhaust guys: are you gonna make yours open up with the S button?

Default Milltek will be available with/without button option...

I can also tell you we have dyno data from a source that is unquestioned. Catback. The news is good. I'll be able to reveal soon. Tips will be kick-*** units from the Milltek RS 6 system.

As far as I know, there is no other system available for the RS 4. Tip position is NOT same as B6 or B7 S4. Oh...system diameter is enlarged from the S4 system we offer.

A huge challenge with this system is a tip that looks right. Milltek has custom in-house tooling for this RS 6 tip. It's made by hand with stainless plate and stainless round bar.

Default Button option with S4?

Pete,
Will the Miltek exhaust with sport button option be available for s4 owners? That is what I have been waiting for with my B7/S4. I cannot imagine how happy I would be if I could push a button and hear my exhaust roar and then push the button and have the stock quiet option. I would 90% of the time like it loud, but with the wife in the car quiet is best. Let me know if Miltek has something in mind or once the RS4 exhaust is available that I could modify the baffle switch to an ordinary swich I would mount in the car and install in the ordinary Miltek exhaust with down pipes.

If they aren't working on one they should be for all of us S4 owners waiting who are afraid of a loud exhaust all of the time.

Default the RS4 already has the wiring run from the dash to the actuators at the rear of the car...

...the S4 doesn't have that. i imagine that would be a bit of a challenge.
