Default yup. they make enough of them to warrant the NA crash-testing. i don't see any...

...multi-function buttons on there. but that could be an interesting swap if the production car has multi-function.

Default Multifunction is an option in Europe, and it appears.....

<center><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v329/brunt51/gallery-1.jpg"></center><p>to use the exact same button setup as the RS4 multifunction. Who's good with wiring diagrams?

That would be the wheel I would trade mine for, not the Euro RS4 one. I like those controls better.

Default TT will be sold in greater volumes so...

certification of the flat bottomed wheel makes economic sense. Unfortunately, the RS4 sales volume for the U.S. is too small to have the flat bottomed wheel certified. If Audi would have had to certify the steering wheel, the cost of the car would be even higher.

Default The flat-bottom is not the problem for the RS 4...

It's the fact that the flat-bottom on the RS 4 is made of metal.
