Amazing isn't it... feel sorry for the middle managers who'll be SOOL
I'm more interesting seeing what ppl will be doing w/ their homes (in the NY metro area). It's got to be a real blow.

Great time to buy..loaded up on GE today...
Diversity,Diversity, Diversity...Though sad, I'm saying I told you so to all those that stretched their credit to the limit...I was wondereing how those making 100-200k a year were buying homes at 2mil + in my neighborhood..Now I know, they couldn't afford it...
I still think it is not the best time to dump a lot of cash in the market..the whole "black swan" theory..but real estate is becomingquite attractive.

Thinking of pulling trigger on GoldmanSachs soon as its getting creamed but good fundamentals.
With 30 years to retire, I can certainly afford to throw some hail marys in this wild market.
