Is it just me, or is that over the top?

Default They didn't do it quite right....

The immediate screen surround should have been left plain black to better integrate with the controls. Also, the climate control module needs to have a similar CF treatment to properly integrate the whole console. Done this way, it would look better. As is, it looks half-*** IMHO. Is it too much CF, period?....I think done right, with a more uniform application of CF and non-CF parts, it would look better even if that meant a little more more actual CF.

Default Agreed, but it looks much better than a stock RNS-E unit.

The colors don't match well with the B5.

Default Wow, why stop there... gulp

Little much imho but I suppose it's a way to make rid of the difference in black texture between climate control and RNS-E

I'm no expert, but I am going to have to agree.
