Soon to be RS4 owner...
So I have been looking at Audi's since I first started grad school. I just wanted an A4 at first but after getting bit by the sport bug...I got an s2000. And during that time I started to get a taste for the faster german products. Always thought I'd end up with an M3 or a 135i but... 2 years ago when I was test driving a Porsche for fun I walked into the Audi dealer and they had an orange 08 RS4 with a titanium package in the back. It was being certified so not on sale yet. The sound and body lines convinced me that I needed this on my permanent list of cars. The more I read about it the more I wanted it. That's how I came to joining this site last year. Then I test drove one back in April and knew it was definitely the car for me...after of course fair comparisons with the e90 m3, 135i, and s5. Being my first car purchase, I got kind of stone walled back in September but I finally got in for a good deal on pricing and financing at least for me it is. I wanted white and white is pretty much from the registry one of the harder colors to find over here in the states.
Anyway...I just finished the paperwork for an 07' Suzuka Gray with about 34k on the clock. Unfortunately for me...I have to wait at least a week and up to 3 weeks before I have time to pick up the car and drive the car home. I hate having to work weekends...but then its the weekend work that has made this purchase possible... ...
So any pointers?
