A new white M3 sedan was riding with me on my way to Newark this morning. He took the Garden State Parkway north, I'm guessing he was heading back up to BMW's headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The car had New Jersey "DTM" plates (manufacturer's), with no front plate mounted I may add. I have to admit, the car is extremely sharp -- looked like it was pulled right out of the prep center, all white, waxed and washed. I didn't expect to like the sedan as much as the coupe but it looks equally as appealing. I believe this one had 19 inch wheels but doing 60 mph it was difficult to be sure. The rear lip on the trunk is tastefully done and the front end (sans plate) looks just right. I don't expect much interior design from BMW these days though. Our latest design firm's audits show Infiniti's 2008 G37 now tops most BMW interiors with Audi far superior than both.
