Mine has squeaked twice. The first time it was the headrest leather rubbing against the seat leather. The second time it was my leather belt rubbing the seat leather. Neither of these might not be your problem, but you have to admit they're easy to check!

My seats squeak too. I think it's just the leather rubbing on itself. Fortunately it doesn't really bug me the way a rattle would.

Mine squeaked. Try a little silicone spray on the mechanicals under the seat - the rails and anything that looks like it moves. It would work for a couple of months, and then I would just hit it again.

Definatelly not the leather.... Sounds like a creaky boat, but the silcone helped!

Definitely check your seat, and especially the seat belt bolts. I had one of the seat belt recievers come out in my hand as I was cliping in. The bolt holding it to the frame had backed out. Had a safety washer too. The pasenger side was in but only a few threads were engaged. Would have easily snapped in an accident. (That was on my past car, then a 6 year old Subaru WRX). The scary thing was that is was only a few days after a track day. I have added it to my "check" list. Worth a minute or two every few years. I think that as the receiver is moved up and down while clipping in the motion acts as a lever on the bolt and eventually it can back out.
