Default Stasis Motor Sport Spring Rates?

What spring rates have you chosen for the Stasis motor sport setup?

F/R and commnets.

Also, what ride height?

Street/track and comments.

Default Honestly I think STaSIS is better positioned to answer that. They won't let you set it wrong if ...

You tell them what you want out of your car. If you are more track biased they will suggest something perhaps more aggressive but never to the point where the car and its suspension do not cooperate with each other.

They will not tell you to slam it just for looks because they know that's bad for performance.

Since they are the ones with the expertise with their suspension and this car, IMHO I would follow their recommendation.

They have never steered me wrong and I talk with them often to get their inputs on my next suspension mods. As an example, after talking with them about a month ago, it was decided not to change the springs on my car (go stiffer0 put to upgrade the sway bars to the next level (bigger ones).
