Default I've driven a B6 S4 with both and if you want anything close to stock feel for everyday driving...
MS is the only way to go.

Default I seem to recall something about having to make cuts in the car to allow adjustement on KWv3's
Then comes the question of do you really want to deal with adjustments. SL's might be a good choice as Raider says.

Yes, but in regards to ride quality the MS comes the closest to stock.

Just drill 2 small holes. One on top of each front strut into the engine bay. No big deal.

if you want stock ride quality *smacks forehead* why not keep the stock suspension?
