Talk me out of the RS4 please.
I do not care that it is slower than Stage III B5s. I also know that fuel mileage is bad, if I cared I would buy a Prius. And yes I know it is expensive... anything else?

My R32 PUSHED at the track, much more than the B5 S4.
S4 became the track car, so I did not even do coilovers on the R32 - I am sure that would have helped.

you can get much of the same for less

I thought about doing this to my B7 S4...but....
The engines are completely different beasts....Unless you have driven an RS4, you can;t imagine how amazing and smooth that engine is....It is in a completely different league that the B6 B7 4.2 Don;t get me wrong, my B7 was a great car, and I came VERY close to doing all the mods you did....It is a great alternative....
