....chopped in the 911 and the GTi for an RS4 - largely based on your enthusiasm! Dealer called me yesterday, put a deposit on, bought it today, collect Wednesday. Apparently was a cancelled order, my lucky day!

He's a good friend, but not related. Think he emailed you a few months ago about my interest.

Default The reports of my demise are untrue

I have just been in mourning at the cancellation of the RS4 order a couple of months ago.

Now that I have filled my automotive void vicariously through 911Brit (or should I say RS4Brit) I shall return to these hallowed halls.

I shall however have to change my name to GrandMarquisBrit as the TT was sold in haste before the RS4 order was cancelled.

DXBen - is the bordeaux cellar back up to scratch yet? you shoudl touch base with 911Brit - he lives up in the HV and is a fine wine man as well.

911Britt - look forward to the first reports and expect a visit before the end of the year! I'll bring the LynchBages!

Default Oh good you're back...

GrandMarquis as in the Mercury variety? Well that is probably a more comfortable ride than the TT right? (searching for bright sides to look upon)...

I have been somewhat lax on my wine interests lately in large part because of my busy schedule, but with fall here and holidays looming I will have plenty of time to catch up.

Interesting that 911Brit lives in the HV, I am contemplating a move to that region from my perch in Southern WC.
