Default DSG still can't take the torque yet for street cars.
and I do not find Tips fun at all - I have driven them - and other cars with them - and still prefer a clutch - and I am a old mfer

Yes it is. But, I doubt it would cost much to make the DSG robust enough to handle RS4 power.
