Thinking about Tint...
I'm thinking about getting 35% tint on the car, however, with the motor for the rear sunshade in the rear deck my fear is that the installers might ruin it using too much water during the tint process. Has anyone had any issues with this? I've read on the S5 forum that some people have had their B&O amps shorted out due to installers not aware it was in the rear deck.

Not sure if it will be a problem, but if you are concerned couldn't you just...
tell the installer your concern and ask that they put a plastic drop cloth or something over the rear deck during the install?

Nothing to worry about....
Tinted my car...used lotsa water to flush the bottem of the window. No problems! Take it to a good shop and pay lil extra if you have to.
