Default For those interested, here are the published weights of various tires for the RS4.....

Not a comprehensive list, but some of the more common/popular ones. The only reason I decided to post this is that I was a little bit surprised to find that there are several tires that are 4-5 lbs apart in weight at the same size...interesting. Also note that the 3 most common tires that ship with the RS4 as OEM (U.S) are also the lightest tires in that size (24 lbs.)....I guess Audi did their homework.

From tirerack.com: (note some are 'upsized' fitments)

Bridgestone RE050A 255/35ZR19 96Y XL = 28 lbs.
Bridgestone RE01R 275/30ZR19 92W SL = 30 lbs.
Bridgestone RE050A Pole Position 275/30ZR19 96W XL = 30 lbs.

Continental Contisportcontact 2 255/35ZR19 96Y XL = 24 lbs.

that's a 3% smaller diameter...265/35 would be better, and cups don't come in that size.

Just think, 3% smaller diameter = less rotational inertia!
