Default Titanium package / License plate / piano black trim

Can anybody provide data to confirm or deny that the Titanium Package has NO brushed aluminum strips in the front license plate holder? My '08 Sprint Blue with Titanium Package has the brushed aluminum trims and they look out of place. Also, the sticker says that it has a "black headliner" but it does not....(the car has grey leather interiors)

I also have an annoying noise coming from the piano black trim as it encounters the wheel column when travelling long distance only. If you hold it down, it disappears. Any experiences/suggestions ?

thanks in advance,

Default Honestly, sounds like you got Ti-wheels only.

The trim and mirrors should be the exact same finish.

Default they send all the reject cars to puerto rico.

only kidding.

the front plate filler definitely shouldn't have brushed Al strips, but that part is easily replaced...it's a $75 part, IIRC. some jagoff at the dealership probably ripped off yours and put it on an A4.

"black" in Audinese is actually charcoal gray.

trim noise is best addressed as a warranty issue, IMHO, particularly on a brand new car.

feliz navidad!

had a similar squeaky trim issue to the right of the steering wheel. wedged some black electrical tape in between the piano black trim and the flat black trim below the gauges and it went away.

and yes, it sounds like you did not get the ti pkg.
