The Truth About Cars picks RS 4 over M3...
for essentially the <a href="http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2008-bmw-m3-vs-2008-audi-rs4/">opposite</A> reasons as everyone else, citing the fact that the RS 4 is more challenging to drive fast.

the M3 is "a bit of a Bangle blingmobile with bells on".... +1
thats a keeper. The M3's I've seen look alright (they are starting to come out of the woodwork in my small town). But they just don't match the RS4 for looks - from any bangle... I mean angle.

Then in the very next sentence...
he picks the RS 4 if he were to buy one of the two cars. I thought the reasons behind his choice were interesting, as the consensus seems to be that the M3 is the more challenging vehicle from which to wring performance.
