Although I opted to go with the Magnaflow setup, below is an update I received from the folks @ Tubi Style USA:

Yes we do have a system for the Audi RS4. After extensive testing in Europe we have done a test fitting here and are very happy with the sound
and fitment of the system. We have the initial shipment of ten coming in about a month and there are afew that are still available. If you would like we can add your name to the backorder list and you will be notified when they come in. It must still be ordered through one of over 100 Tubi Style USA dealers throughout the U.S. which can be found on our website dealer finder. If you tell me were you're located I can give you your nearest dealer as well. They can give you price too.
