Default Update on RS4 steering issue

Just in case anyone's keep a running tally on RS4 problems...

A week or so ago I posted a note about issues I was having with my steering, particularly when the car was cool. Based on recommendations here, I had the service tech check the steering fluid and, sure enough, it was low. He topped it off and the problem seems to have gone away.

The tech said since the car is new the tubes the hydraulic fluid flows through may have expanded during break in and thus now need more volume. Or I may have a small leak some place (which I'll keep an eye on).

Thanks for you help.
