Default Upgrading to Ceramic Rotors: What is needed?

I'm trying to source the parts needed to upgrade the standard US brakes to the ceramic version, my thoughts are only the rotors and pads are needed, but I can't find any supporting documentation. Has anyone done this conversion yet?

$15,000. Calipers need to be changed too. Hub bearings might need to be changed.

IIRC the sizes are different as well, 365mm vs 380mm, so you'll likely need a minimum of the caliper brackets.

I'm sure there's no reason to spend that much, Does anyone have Euro ETKA?

Default Details inside...

There is an retrofit kit available for this upgrade (part no. 8E0 098 203)...not sure what's included. However, I'm providing the schematic & coresponding part numbers (fronts).
