Useless RS4 trivia...
I learned something strange about the RS4 yesterday. I was driving to a workout and had -unusually for me - thrown on the workout gear before going - including a "Polar" heartrate monitor. For the unacquainted, these gizmos have a chest strap that sends a signal to a watch to report your heart rate. Glancing down at my wrist during the drive my heart rate was... 276! Then 0. Then 238... Then 0. etc.
Must be radio noise in the cabin interfering with the watch. BT maybe? Wonder how strong it is... Probably is the same in any recent Audi.
So, if you want to know just how much your pulse is actually quicked by the RS4, you won't be using your Polar to do it.

here's another weird thing...
...in certain situations, the rain sensor will trigger a laser alert on my radar detector. I have an Escort Solo S2 (cordless), and I usually detach it from the windshield and store it under the seat when I park at the office. On a few occasions when I've detached it *before* turning off the car (and before turning off the detector), a laser alert will sound if the unit is tilted in the right direction. Scared the **** out of me the first time it happened.
