It's awesome. I got it for the display, but the feature I now love best is the auto mute, which you can set to mute the V1 below a certain speed. I set mine at 45, so I never hear the thing unless there is the potential I am actually speeding. You probably don't realize it, but most of the time you are driving your car you are going too slow to get a ticket (e.g. sitting at a stop light). So this feature rocks. And being able to mute it with the steering wheel button is also very cool.

It comes with install instructions that are pretty straightforward. That said, I had a local shop hard wire the V1 and connect the ADR box. I got it a couple of years ago when it first came out. It's been trouble free for me and I highly recommend it. In fact, I would be really annoyed if I had a V1 and didn't have the ADR box.

on their site there is no list for the RS4. I'll call them tomorrow, def will place an order....I had seen that and forgotten all about it.

Had it in my B7 A4 and pulled it to put in my RS4. I just need the time to actually install it....
