I agree with you Bob. I'm wondering if that wonderful music emanating from the R8 is really from...
The V8 power plant. Could it be from the V10?

I think what you are hearing is a much shorter exhaust plumbing....
Obviously the exhaust is going to be shorter since it is a mid engine car. I can't believe you couldn't figure that out!!
