vs. 911 4S
Sorry folks, I lost this one. It was an off the line drag. He had me from the get go and it got worse. I even had "S" on and knew he wanted to play.
My first loss. That Z06 does not count.

we should all install a fuel dump button on our cars. If you are ever at a light, it will dump all
but 1/8 tank of gas so you will be lighter You will waste huge amounts of money but youll win all the races

He picked this battle . . .
I just responded. But I don't shy away from faster cars either. It is always kind of fun to see. I used to do that with my CLK55, but in that car I often surprised myself by winning against cars that were clearly faster on paper.
Maybe that is why Focus drivers always pick fights with my RS4. Just so see.
I have picked a fight with a Z06 in my RS4 and in a borrowed Aston Marton AMV8. In both cases it was like a sparrow picking a fight with a Bald Eagle. Still, it was fun.

How much did he take you by.....
It is the faster car, but shouldn't be by too much. Z06 is a different animal. I just can't over 3 things about Vettes:
The bubble-back design. i just hate it. Looks cheap. Needs a good c-pillar design.
Interior. Still looks rental. even the upgraded leather package doesn't help. I've come to realize it is just the overall design, lack of attention to detail and overall shapes utilized.
Image. Vette, as good as it is, is still the car of the toupe wearing "uneducated rich".

I dunno . . .
It felt like a lot. By 60, 2 car lenghts? By 100 (um, I mean KM/hr officer sir), I would say maybe 3-4? Those are major guesses. It felt like a mile. We never crossed bumbers, put it that way. Maybe he got the jump on me, I dunno. But I knew he was going to go, he had done that signal that we can all recognize.
I have never been a Vette guy. Then again, I have never been a Porsche guy either. Of course, I was never an Audi guy before this year so you never know. Well, I will never be a Vette guy. That I do know. Or a Viper guy. Or a CTS guy. Or an SRT8 guy. Or a Mustang guy. Theas more, but I shy to insult more owners. No offense intended. I respect Vettes a lot, and always from behind. Can't catch them to see them fronts.
