What exactly in the car is leather and what is soft touch plastic?

I have never been able to figure this out in my S4 nor in this car.

Sometimes the soft touch plastic is so good it looks/feels like leather.

I need to know in order to choose the interior care products I use.

I find spit and a paper towel works on both. :-)

A better question is what is the viscosity of the Spit?
