Default I just got a set from ESC, they work and look cool, but they blink when the car is running and set

off a bulb out. So I had to yank them out already. The only way to fix it is to install a resistor. To much of a headache.

Default I've had the Hoen's sitting on my desk for about a month now...

Just too busy/lazy to give them a try. I'll try to get them in this week.

Default Hey Spark, did you ever get any resolution to the over heating bulbs.

I did the clear corner mod this weekend, and ended up putting the clear bulbs back in. What are you using?

Default Sigh.. I tried installing them and they don't fit (see inside)

Turns out that the side-directed LEDs (they have one center LED and 4 side-directed LEDs) stick out beyond the sides of the bulb, making it a tiny bit too large.

I wrote Hoen to let them know...

If anyone comes up with a neat way to make them fit, let me know. I was even considering destroying the side directed bulbs and filing them down, but I'm not sure what the overall effect on the bulb would be.

Default I'm stock now. The new Hoen bulbs should not overheat.

The problem is their appearance and the possibility of them triggering the burned out bulb warning. These types of bulbs always look a bit rice to me. I just need to put them in to see what happens and how they look.

Spark, your blinker bulbs are stock? Is anyone using the chromed blinker bulbs, Hoen or other?

Default I'm stock except for the fogs...

1: headlight
2: turn signal
3: DRL
4: city light

Side-markers are not shown but have a silver coated bulb. The turn signal bulbs are covered by the orange plastic, so unless you do the clear corner mod, the bulb color really does not matter. Did that even come close to answering the question?
