and premium package. Car is in very good condition with some minor curb rash on one wheel. Previous owner traded on a 4Runner because he couldn't afford the payments. Dealer is asking 62k, but immediately stated that they are willing to deal. I'm thinking of offering 56-58k. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Maybe where you live, but not in my town
Dealers are offering several more than what they are asking RS4orce to pay.
So I would say again, unlikely low, at least in my area. You can sell your RS4 with that mileage for $63-64k easily, to a dealer. Privately probably more.

Yea, but this dealer is ASKING only $62
There is always some trade-in and negotiating room priced in there. And they are Toyota dealer that probably doesn't move many $60K small sedans. Not many people are cross shopping the Toyota anything and the RS4. Not to bash Toyota - I love their stuff, but the worst Audi still outclasses anything Toyota offers.
Toyota is all about the volume and they hate stuff sitting around on their lots. A BMW or MB dealer would have better luck selling the car.
I just wonder what poor sap traded in the RS4 for a Toyota. Probably some poor guy whose wife is making him drive a Sienna minivan now.
