whats the most error lights you have had at one time on the LED center display?

as of last night I have:

1) Tire Pressure Warning (winter tires have no sensor)
2) Min Oil
3) Dipped Headlight (need to replace ballast)
4) Low Windshield washer fluid)
5) Low gas

That makes 5 for me:) Time to go get some oil and windshield washer concentrate out of the attic. Then take the rs4 to get gas and pick up the Ferrari out of the garage for a drive on empty Christmas roads.

Mine does the "Disco Johnny"........

on the Alfa though;-)

The small lights of diagnostic display at the top of the center stack will flash randomly along with the large warning lamp above when there is a float in the circuit (and being an old Italian car, there is always something;-) Gives a festive party effect.

lol you own TWO italian cars?!? How do you make your bills every month:D

April 12-25-2007 03:10 PM

Au contraire! We have 5 Italian cars! It's not so bad once you get used to donating

blood every few weeks;-P

Actually the Alfas have been remarkably reliable if not low cost. The F355 is another animal, but we make allowances;-)

nice, i found the service isnt that bad if done at an independant. I have a great mechanic. Major

30k due in a couple of weeks. Est Cost = $5k

We take care of the Alfas ourselves, but the "sled" goes to an independent. However, our

car had the dreaded valve guide issue, so all new guides and machinist who created a job to true each guide and custom mill each guide as there isn't much extra material in the head for machining.

But we bought it 2 years ago with 11K miles, and are now nearing 20K. Except for the valve guides (and timing belt, etc) it has been pretty low cost for what it is.

nice, ive been blessed with a solid engine as well. Cosmetically I need to put some work into it.

A conservative touch and elbow grease are all that are needed :-)
