With this all the buttons on the wheel will work, but you will lost some features. The S button will work, but the +,-, and set buttons will only control the VDO screen.
Also, depending on what airbag you get you might/might not have to change the harness for the steering wheel controls. If you get a Euro RS4 airbag you won't need to change anything. If you get a A8 airbag you can swap your stock harness and everyhting will plug in fine. Some have said the A8 one won't fire with the same timing as the RS4 one, but since no one has tested it we might not ever now for sure.
