I love my b7 A4Sline but I miss the V8 and all that it means and my B6 S4. But.. I dont miss the 12mpg on a good day id get. It was modded to hell but still... 200 miles to a tank sucks.

Default See below.. thread on mpg.. but I'm at 10mpg, 95% city driving
It's about 10-15 min to work but its lots of stop and go.

Default RS4 is ~ 2-3 mpg better than my S4 was both in town & on hiway
I'm getting 15-16 around town & used to get 12-13 w/ my S4 w/ similar driving style (spirited). I just got back from a ~ 200 mile hiway trip & got ~22mpg by "trying" a bit ie. smooth driving, no hard acceleration, etc. & driving about 70mph. Best my S4 ever did was ~20mpg under similar circumstances.

BTW, it's not yet fully broken in either.

Default At an 8.25k redline I don't find much need for 5th and 6th ;-) and yes I get an av of 13.1mpg......
but mind you, I love every gallon of it.
