and it scares the hell out of me when I'm pulling out of the garage at 5 in the morning to attend to my fitness needs. The Sirius kicks in just about 1/2 way down the driveway. . .

I think mine turns on at the last volume level I was using... but I may be wrong.

The volume resets to the pre-set level whenever the car has been of more than a few minutes.

The default does seem a little loud and I find myself having to turn it down a lot right after starting the car. I'm also annoyed by the fact that if the radio is on mute when turning off the car it's unmuted next time the car starts. No idea why Audi decided not to preserve these settings. If I'm not mistaken, at least the RNS-E stays off if you turn it off.

Can you not pre set a turn on volume? I know I can in my A4.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It turns on so loud every time I start the car!
