Where does the RS4 hide an extra ~400lbs over my 2.0t A4 Avant?

I get the motor part, probably exhaust piping too, and probably the brakes/wheels/tires... Front seats? Given the use of aluminum in the RS I was surprised to see the difference as high as it is. Going off the tech specs in the Audiworld model guide, btw.

There is no body stiffening on the RS4 car. The chassis is the same as the A4/S4 as far as I know...
I never found an article or technical data saying the RS4 car got chassis stiffening as part of its "upgrade".

Don't believe in the data that's listed on AW. I have found many errors in that data in the past...
Now the motor is certainly heavier, perhaps the exhaust too. The tranny could also be heavier and I suspect the RS4's standard interior with its bigger seats and such can make it heavier too. Bigger wheel/tire combo too.
The DRC system with all its components makes for more weight over a "classic" suspension.
Since we don't have the RS4 in the Avant version in North America it is hard to find the "real" weight figures for that auto mobile and I suspect the weights for the Avant RS4 you use are for a Euro car which is most likely lighter same as the sedan.
