who is buying an RS4 from town motors that was ordered by my dad?
Daytona grey on black. We couldnt take it. it was way to much on a lease plus we already have an M5 and as a second car the lease is a little overboard.

What kind of bad experience? That is where I got my RS4 today.
Hard to quible, they actually had the car.
They were not knowledgeable about the car at all, but they were very accomodating with my trade in and financing options.
I think anyone can have a horror story about any dealer, unless there is an overwhelming pattern, it's impossible to take these stories seriously.

service is very ****ty. Managers dont care about you after the sale. Service reps and techs are
terrible and dont know anything about the cars. Once I had this guy who tried to fix a buzzing in my navigator tell me it was the Nav unit and then when he pushed this "button" the face flipped down to reveal the CD player and he was like "oh wow, thats where the CD player is." Stay away from those people.

Well I don't plan on servicing my car there, but I didn't have many choices in where I bought it..
I will say that the sales manager didn't even seem excited that I was buying the RS4.
Although my sales guy did, he was a nice guy, even if he wasn't the most knowledgeable, he worked hard to make me happy and I appreciate that.
On the flipside, New Country where I got my S4, they didn't even bother returning my calls half the time and as a result they lost the sale.
But I will be returning to service my RS4 there
