Woot! Got my exhaust installed today.
Pics to follow here soon. I purchased the Magnaflow system and could not be happier with the sound. It's exactly what I was looking for. I had the rear half of the system ceramic coated to match the titanium package trim and is almost a perfect match in color. Car feels much better too, I noticed a big difference in response.
There is a problem though. I'm developing a habit of downshifting everywhere, even when not needed just to hear the exhaust note

Re: Woot! Got my exhaust installed today.
how loud is it over S mode stock? does it sound like a mustang/chevy or still an rs4? how deep is it?
was thinking of saving the extra money all the others exhaust cost and getting the magnaflow. any info you can provide would be helpful.
must be kind of loud when cold huh? cant close valves on this which is a downside, but not the price
wonder how much weight the coatings added to the exhaust?

It doesn't sound any louder at idle, maybe even a hair quieter.
Cruising around is still fairly quiet IMO. When you get on it, it sounds way more exotic, more Ferrari like than Mustang to me. I think this is in part due to the true X-pipe design. Going up hill under load makes a little more noise in the cabin, but not that bad.
I think this system is a great value, and wouldn't even think about going with any kind of resonated version. I also tend to like things a bit louder, but this is by far the quietest aftermarket system I've had.
I don't think the coating added much weight, maybe a couple of pounds at most. The benefit of course, is that it keeps the exhaust gases hot and flowing faster.

if you like the sound now....
try this: let a friend/family member/etc drive your car while you're behind them in another car, and roll down the windows. You'll be laughing the whole time.

Definately not like a mustang...
It has a higher pitch to it and when you let off throttle it likes to "snap crackle pop". People will stop what they are doing and look at your car. This can be a good/bad thing.
The only draw back that I found was a small drone between 2500rpm's and 3000rpm's.
This was a little hard to get use to at first but I don't even hear it now.

A couple of crappy camera phone pics:
The ceramic coating is a nearly perfect match with the trim. I really should have done the entire system, but at least got all of the visable areas.
