multiple misfires in multiple cylinders. I down shifted to pass a car and felt the misfires. It is the same scenario each time. At least I have an appointment already scheduled at the dealer tomorrow :-(

You may be getting a new car soon. I have not counted but you ought to be up for lemon law.

Thanks but I don't want to wait for a new car. I like mine and just want them to fix it.

Default Do you expect...

that they will trace any bad codes to where the CP and plugs were moved fom one cyl to another? That seems to be the consensus here as to what they should be doing. However, random misfire code may not show that.

hopefully your service department will figure it out. its has to be frustrating.

i love the photo in your sig. i had a couple of BMW K1200RS's and a bunch of fellow riders would make the pilgrimage every year to enjoy the scenery and drive. never made it myself but maybe someday in the future

I drove my car while the new one was coming in. Swapping took 30 minutes.
