While I do think you have handled this in a manner which would make anyone who works at a dealership laugh at you, I understand your complaints.


I used to work for the company that owns Audi of Greenwich, which was, at the time I worked there, the largest Audi dealer in the US.

You should call and ask for Eric. I know he is at the dealer this weekend, he and I still speak. He is always hard to get in touch with, but if you are persistant, once you speak with him he can help.
