Cleaning my car this weekend, I noticed some kind of sticky fluid on the top of my intake manifold?

Default The wife's car was hit this winter

As dry as it's been, the critters have been moving indoors looking for water. My wife's washer fluid resevoir got chewed up a few weeks ago.

There may be no obvious signs but you should put out some bait or traps.

Default I know the first few times I laid eyes on the 4.2L V8, there was some sticky fluid left behind.

Sorry, that was gross but I'm bored and it made me laugh.

I had the same. I think it was from when I got insulation wet.

I had a nest built between fuel rail and manifold....

I've pressure washed my engine bay, including the insulation, and no stickies on my manifold.
