Default How reliable is the B7 4.2 S4?

I’m thinking about getting a B7 audi s4 with the 4.2 but I haven’t found much about how reliable it is. Can someone help me with this kind of info and how reliable it is?

You need to keep an eye on the timing chain guides and tensioners.

Closing in on 250,000 miles with my 40 valve B6; regular maintenance seems to be the key. Timing belt & guides done twice, misc. peripherals replaced but drive train is still original. 32 valve should do better...
