Issues with running a leased car on the track??
I have always owned my cars so this has never even come to my mind. I am selling the S4 and was going to order as S5 but after running the numbers, I figured it would be "financially wiser" to lease the car and keep as much money as I can out of the car.
I am an avid SCCA track racer and like to occasionally run the tracks at laguna seca and Willow springs. Any issues doing this with a leased car???

What company?
When did you last check your policy? IIRC, almost every insurance company pulled track-day (even non-timed) coverage within the last 36 months. I'd like to know which company has maintained that coverage.

I just bought mine off lease after 40 months and 10 track days...
The leasing company just cares that the body and tires and interior are in good shape and that there are not mods on the car. If you crash it at the track it is your responsibility. BTW, if you are planning to track the car you should look into getting some of the STaSIS mods for the S5 added by the dealer . They will warranty them for 4ys or 50k.
