Hi guys first time posting here and hopefully I can get some good feedback ..

So 2 years ago bought my 2006 Audi s4 4.2 v8 a few months in I got a miss fire on cylinder one thought it would be a coming thing since happens quite often with these cars but started to happen more and more often so decided to to a leak down test and compression test comes back that my mechanic decided to look in the cylinder and I had a few scratches he said and that’s the reason why it was burning all the spark plugs . Asked around and the quotes I got were unreal I couldn’t believe it so my next step is asking you guys what I should do?
