Passenger Sunshade Clips

Passenger Sunshade Clips
Bought a 2004 S4 with an automatic, searched everywhere as well as the threads and couldn't find what I was looking for.
The car is in decent shape with a few minor issues.
-Rear windshield automatic sunshade works only when it wants to
-Passenger side sunshade clips are broken
-center console plastic latch is broken
-center console compartment broken (passenger area)
Basically just wondering if anyone knows where to buy replacement plastic clips for the sunshade and if anyone knows where to begin trying to get the rear sunshade to work properly (I can't even find where to begin) The rear sunshade button works every time, but most of the time the sunshade itself does nothing.
