Default Should have come with your car
They were delivered with the sitckers, but it was up to the owner if they stuck them on or not. If you took delivery from the dealer, someone at the dealer took your stickers...

I had the understanding that the dealer had to apply it for you otherwise you don't get it.

Every car came with the decals whether the dealer applied them or not.
