Don't know what state you're in, but you probably can lemon it now. Most states say if a car is out of service a certain number of days, you can lemon it. No need to get it back.

You probably want to wait until your car is done to start the lemon paperwork regardless, because
as soon as Audi sees the lemon paperwork, they most likely will take your loaner away and you may be out of luck for something to drive until you get a new car. Good luck with getting everything taken care of. I am about to enter the "legal" world with AoA myself.

order to complete everything. who knows. but its a pain. the p-car that replaces it should be sweet though.........good luck to you .
