STaSIS exhaust installed
STaSIS has done a limited production run of their exhaust system for the B6. I went up to their shop today to have one of the first production systems installed.
When I arrived, the power was out at the whole racetrack! Oh noes! The power company didn't expect to restore power for over four hours. Luckily, after just a bit of a wait, Jason decided that they would just do it the old fashioned way.

They had the old exhaust out in literally minutes. I was shocked and impressed.

The new system is exquisitely built.

I can't thank Jason and the rest of the crew at STaSIS enough for making this system, being very helpful and flexible, and installing this for me. It was a fantastic day!
The sound is intoxicating to say the least. There is, of course, a tiny, tiny bit of drone between 1500 and 2000 RPM but certainly livable. I had one rear seat folded down to fit the old exhaust in so I'll need to see what it's like with the back closed up. At cruising speed in 6th gear you can't even hear it. But it awakens immediately after getting on it even just a little bit. I am very satisfied with this exhaust system.
I took some in-car video that I won't have a chance to process for a bit. If it is worthy, I'll post it up.

It's interesting, really. I find myself volunteering to run the smallest errands now. :D
Now that I've got my back seats folded back up, I can report that there really is no drone to speak of. This is an awesome system!
