Default Tire help! I need help deciding what to replace my Conti's with

To replace the Contis with OEM spec tires with the correct load rating, so 234/40 ZR18 XL load rated doesn't actually give you many options.

I'm trying to stay under $200 which narrows it down further to

ContiSportContact 2 $194 22lbs
Dunlop SP Sport Maxx $193 26lbs
Dunlop SP SPort 01 (don't get good reviews on Tirerack)

Then there's also a few cheap alternatives
Falcon 452 $120 26lbs
Kumho ECSTA $109

I'm now leaning towards the Sport Maxx. Good choice?

Default Kumho's are good bang for your $$ but

I like Sport Maxx. low road noise and good for daily driving IMO. don't expect more than 25k miles on these tires.

Default I would get Kumhos(and I did) only

if you are looking for a good inexpensive all season tire. They are better than the stock Contis, and I notice no difference between them and the Conti extreme contacts that I had to replace the stock Contis. If I lived where there was no cold weather, I would opt for a summer tire, but the all seasons are generally less expensive and have better tread wear than HP summer tires.

Default Some options not listed include...

Cheap alternative to Kumhos that perform similarly...

Hankook K104 = $115
Yspeed rated and 93 load rating. Decent tread life at 280. Middle of the road performance like the Kumho

Hankook K107 = $172
Yspeed rated and 95 load rating. 280 tread life. An update to the K104 that may perform very very well.

Of course for lower tread wear and a sticky *** tire you can go Falken RT615 for $140 or Hankook Z212 for $150. Both are 95 load rated. These are basically street legal autocross tires.
