I've got a set in my car and the power gains are noticeable. The tach rises a bit quicker after the addition of these downpipes.

The stock downpipe assembly is a twin setup, each pipe coming from a seperate exhaust manifold/header through 2 cats. 4 cats total, the left and right. The Milltek / Stratmosphere setup elimates a cat from each side and replaces them all with a high flow cat for each side.

The OEM O2 sensors screw right into the Milltek downpipes. I'd highly recommend them.
