Will B7 Steering wheel fit on B6?

As the quote continues, "no matter how wrong..."
Personally, I abhor the B7 steering wheel; I find that fishmouth-shaped chrome ring around the "four rings" uglier than the front. The circle around it is much better...

My dealer said that will fit with the exception to the fact that you have to change:
1.wheel itself 700USD
2.airbag B6 round, b7 square 700USD
3. wires, the most tricky thing, outcome coiuld be that you have to change vehicle entire electrical part (untill it is changes nobody can't tell for sure how much) 100-3000USD (labor cost).
I was asking about B7 S4 MF wheel
I suppose it will be much more easier to install RS4 wheel (without new options)
