Does anyone else have inordinate wear to the rubber door seals on the pillar side of the front doors (pillar meaning behind the passenger as you enter the vehicle)?

I haven't had my car all that long, but I noticed that the rubber seals are wearing out bad from *** rub when getting in and out of the car. Certainly an issue from the previous owner, but I've bumped my butt on there when getting in a few times.

Is this something that's been discussed -- and more importantly, would Audi take care of the issue if the car is under warranty? Never had this issue, but I can see how it might happen as people 'plop' into their car -- particularly if they're on the tall side since the seat back rest goes back well beyond that pillar...

Audi MIGHT replace it if it was in the first year of ownership. Otherwise, you are SOL.
