2009 AUDI A4 trunk won't open

My trunk won't open using either the car switch and remote key.

I'm no expert as I just bought my S4, but there is a setting in the MMI under car settings that says to lock trunk... maybe thats set to on? I've never tested it so I'm not sure if thats how it works exactly.

I don't know if A4's have a valet switch in the glove box but if they do, you might have hit it.
