Has anyone had issue with the climate control system not allowing the AC unit to kick on? Also I found this issue started of intermittently at first. The climate control would power down for a while then decided to power back up. I would notice the display went dark and the **** would have this blue back lighting behind it. Now the system is completely dark as far as the back lights on the display and a consistent blue light behind the left ****. In this state everything works except the AC in the car.

With the car on the display shows no back light. But the button and dials do function with the MMI display.

Showing the ***** are sending feedback to the MMI panel.

So first I wanted to change out the climate control unit with a used one. Now the issue with the replacement used unit looks to be a setup difference. The off light continues to blink and I noticed these different options on the MMI screen.

This shows the options that are on the used climate control unit. The Suppl heater option is not available on my car. Is there a way to rest this module so it works with my car?
